Our products consist of raw meat, bone, and organs. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Storage: Products must be kept frozen until use and defrosted in a refrigerator.
• Hygiene: You are responsible for maintaining strict hygiene. Wash all bowls, surfaces, and hands thoroughly with soap after handling raw pet food.
• Safe Use: Raw food is intended for animal consumption only. Keep away from small children and vulnerable individuals.

3. Orders and Delivery

• Pricing: Prices for our 1kg and 10kg packs are subject to change without prior notice.
• Delivery Area: We deliver across Kenya. Specific delivery fees depend on your location.
• Receipt of Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, someone must be available to receive the delivery and place it in a freezer immediately.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of raw dog food, we **do not accept returns** once the product has been delivered and the cold chain has been broken. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery for a resolution.

5. Veterinary Disclaimer

While our recipes are complete and balanced based on raw feeding standards, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before switching your pet to a raw diet, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions.
